On Saturday June 29th, a group of 16 brave postdocs went down to conquer the streams of the Russian River – in ‘enemy’ territory, children were ‘armed’ with water guns and sprayed every single postdoc into ‘wetland’. After the four hour downstream fun, everyone took a swim and relaxed from the currents the river made us go through. Everyone unharmed, the cars went safely back to Berkeley… and some to Oakland to eat some Russian food.
